$129 monthly
Monthly membership fee begins one month after initial consultation.
4-month minimum commitment ensures continuity and effectiveness of care.
A New Patient Consultation, which is a 60 minute comprehensive visit, is $325 and is required for all patients.
After the initial consultation, you will be able to enroll in our concierge Pausitive Care Plan.

Paying a flat monthly fee will include all office visits and telemedicine visits in hormonal care, menopause management, sexual medicine, wellness, acute problem visits, chronic GYN care and preventative care

Ensures appointment availability without maximizing provider-patient load, availability via phone/text for ease of communication

Prescription management as well as all administrative requests (including prior authorizations or other documentation needed)

You can request a super bill from our office, which can be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. This is solely the patient responsibility, and our office is not in-network with any insurances.

All labs, imaging, and prescriptions can be processed through insurance.
​
Effective 6/8/26, a $100 no show fee will be applied to all missed appointments and cancellations without 48-hour notice.
