We are a cash-based practice and do not participate with any health insurance plans.

A New Patient Consultation, which is a 60 minute comprehensive visit, is $325 and is required with or without a membership. If you are unsure if you want a membership the consultation is a good time to discuss further.

Paying a flat monthly fee will include all office visits and telemedicine visits in hormonal care, menopause management, sexual medicine, wellness, acute problem visits, chronic GYN care and preventative care

Memberships ensure appointment availability without maximizing provider-patient load, availability via phone/text for ease of communication

Prescription management as well as all administrative requests (including prior authorizations or other documentation needed)

We do not participate with any insurances. You can request a super bill from our office, which can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have out of network benefits. This is the patient responsibility, however.

All labs, imaging, and prescriptions can be processed through insurance.
